I am a different kind of psychologist. I believe that mainstream mental healthcare could use some improving on and I feel that I have the answer. When we filter our well-being through the lens of spirituality, the answers to life's problems are all within reach. In this podcast I discuss mental health... or as I prefer to call it, "mental wellness" from a spirituality standpoint using the foundation of Law of Attraction. All of those seeking improvements for their mental wellness have desires for change and I am here to help explore what those are and how to go about implementing them.

Do you have any habits that you adopted from someone else’s influence? Do you continue to do something that isn’t serving you even when that person is no longer influencing you? Basically, do you have any habits that lead to distress in your life because you internalized a behavior that started out as control from someone who wanted you to be or do something different so they could be more comfortable? Now is the time to analyze this for yourself and determine if you want to continue, or make some changes.
