Dawn is a life coach and host of the Imperfection in Progress podcast. In this episode she talks about what she refers to as the "3 P's": Perfectionism, People-Pleasing, and Procrastination. She discusses how these three traits are often at the root of issues inhibiting personal growth for ambitious women entrepreneurs. Dawn has noticed that anxiety is a regular accompaniment where the 3 P's are present, and she speaks of her personal journey through severe anxiety, and offers tools which helped her to successfully overcome anxiety.
